Founder & CEO
With more more than 25 years of corporate HR experience gained from working with Fortune 100 MNC and top automotive German premium brand, Sarah is a certified SHRM professional, Certified Trainer with IPMA UK and HRDF, and Certified DISC Trainer. She has delivered many HR Strategic Projects that helps to transform company culture, improve workforce productivity and employee engagement level, drives talent management project, improve HR operations process. She is passionate about her work and strongly believes that human capital is the best asset for any organization. The survival and sustainability of any organization depends on its peoples’ potential that is fully nurtured and well developed.

May has an extensive career span over more than 20 years in HR Recruitment and Consultancy, beginning with Kelly Services a Fortune 500 company. She also runs a successful Recruitment Executive firm, Hunters International Group. Her forte is in finding the right opportunities for people and build enduring relationship with her team, clients and candidates. She is committed to provide personalized career solutions for her clients.

An Engineer by qualification, Jason started his career with several MNC electronics companies doing R&D and quality engineering management before finding his passion in recruitment focusing on the engineering segment. Together with May he co-founded the Hunters International Group. Jason strongly believes in challenging oneself and go beyond your hidden talent.
